Our firm offers two options for your plant equipment appraisal: A full Summary appraisal report or a Desktop appraisal report. A full Summary Appraisal report is compiled from data gathered by the appraiser such as manufacturer names, model numbers and photographs which are physically inspected by the appraiser on site. This type of plant equipment appraisal will withstand scrutiny of banking and SBA Loan requirements, tax challenges, and litigation.
A Desktop plant equipment appraisal meets the requirements for most purposes excluding litigation, tax matters and banking/SBA requirements. This option is cost effective and is very similar to the full Summary appraisal report except that the data is supplied by the client and there will be a statement in the appraisal report that acknowledges that the appraiser has not personally inspected the equipment.
